Realizację zamówienia rozpoczynamy po zaksięgowaniu płatności. W przypadku płatności przelewem tradycyjnym czas realizacji może się wydłużyć o okres potrzebny na zaksięgowanie środków.

Once the entire order has been completed, the parcel is properly packed and handed over to the courier company. The delivery time depends on the carrier chosen, the type of shipment and the recipient's address and is usually up to 2 working days (in Poland, for international shipping, you can find the information on the chosen carrier page). A confirmation of shipment is sent to the e-mail address provided when the order was placed. Information on available forms and costs of delivery can be checked here.

Stickers and pins and bags have a standard lead time of up to 2 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Larger stickers and bespoke stickers are produced individually, which may extend the lead time to 5 working days.

Prints have a standard lead time of up to 3 working days. In the case of custom-made prints (e.g. larger sizes), the waiting time may extend to 14 working days.

Due to the fact that we are a small, independent company, lead times may be extended during periods of increased order volumes or for larger orders. In such situations, we make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
